Wounds to Wonders

“Wounds to Wonders: Transforming grief into empowerment”, is a book about healing from a relationship breakdown. This page offers free resources – ranging from inspirational videos, motivational photographs, and practical worksheets that you can download – to help you on your strengthening journey.

The book is structured on the stages-of-grief model, introduced by Elizabeth Kubler-Ross. There are 6 chapters in the book, with one chapter for each phase.

What you’ll find on this website is a chapter-by-chapter link to resources that you can use anytime you want to.

Chapter 1: Shock and Denial: This is the phase where the mind is numbed and is refusing to accept what it’s been dealt with: breakdown of a relationship. Panic, grief, confusion, and disbelief are common emotions in this stage. Click here to access resources for this chapter.

Chapter 2: Anger and Blaming: Anger is a five-letter word, but those letters cover a lot of ground and can take you in several directions, a lot of which can be non-constructive. Click here to access resources for this chapter.
