Photography is a way to connect closely with what’s around me. Whether that’s observing the subtle shifts in light on a mossy log over the course of a minute, or noticing how the sun lights up different parts of a tree over the course of a year, for me, the core of the photography experience is forming a close relationship with what enthralls you.
My photos have been featured as one of the 25 finalists in the Outdoor Photographer’s American Landscape contest, and printed in publications like the Sun Magazine, in calendars for Portland Japanese Garden & Forest Park Conservancy, and the Southwest Airlines’ inflight magazine.
